     *Posting our picture and videos in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc...

Photos and Videos: 

     *Capturing photos and videos to strong and make them as our memory

     *Once media has been captured it can send through email.

Entertainment: 

     *There are multiple of game to download
     *Reading online articles like "Information Article"
     *Watching videos and listening in radio, etc...

Disadvantages:

Health problems:

 

     Brain cancer 

          * It is caused by radio frequency waves and electromagnetic radiation.

     Increase stress level

          *People become slowly depend on mobile phones.
          *And become more difficult when we apart from it.
          *And also increase stress level.

     Chronic Pain 

                       

                     

          * Holding the mobile phone in one position, constant use of finger while sending message.
          *Cause extreme pain and inflammation.
          *Holding phone between ears and neck increase  risk of back pain.

     Vision Problems

                                                

          *Within in five minutes of waking up most of people will check their phone.
          *Exposing your eyes to that kind of light is harmful to your eyes.

Constant Distractions:

        *Difficult to relax.

        *Call or text messages comes in any time.

        *Angry if they don't get response.

 

Inactive:

        *In old days employees able to get rest and enjoy when their is no work. 
        *But now a days boss can able to contact the employees when they are inactive. 
        *It make them irritate and also make them to hate his work.
