This experiment is

Bacteria are fascinating type of microorganisms that play a large role in our lives whether we like it or not. Try growing your own Bacteria while monitoring how it reproduces in a short period of time. Compare your original sample with other and get proof that Bacteria truly present every places.
What you'll need:
1. Petrie dish of agar
2. Cotton Buds
3. Some old newspapers
Instructions:
*Prepare your Petrie dish of agar.
*Using your cotton Buds, swab a certain area of your house.
*Rub the swab on the agar with a few gentle strokes before putting the leaf back on and sealing the Petrie dish.
*Allow the dish to sit in work area for 2 or 3 days.
*Check the growth of the bacteria each day by making an observation drawing and describing the changes.
*Try this process again and again with a new Petrie dish and swab from under your fingers nails or between your toes.
*Warping the Petrie dish in old news paper and put it into dustbin so that Bacteria can be disposed.
What's happening:
Agar plate and worm condition provide the ideal place for bacteria to grow. The microorganisms on the plate will grow into individual colonies, each a clone of original. The Bacteria you obtained with the cotton Buds grow steadily becomes visible with the naked eye in shot time. Different samples produced different results.
