              Small sound can still make a big noise when you use a good sound conductor. Experiment with balloon and compressed air. Find how it works with your own ear.


What you'll need:

              1. Balloon


Instructions:

               *Blow up your balloon. 

               *Hold the balloon and get close to your ear while you tap lightly on the other side 

                                            


What's happening:

              Hear the noise loudly when slapping lightly on the balloon. By blowing the balloon you forced the air molecules inside the balloon closer together, they become a strong conductor of sound waves than the ordinary air around you.
